Obituary of Betty Jane Dahlberg

Betty Jane Dahlberg, born December 1, 1929 in Dearborn Michigan. She was the fourth of five children and went to be home with Jesus on January 3, 2021 at the age of 91. She was married to the late Larry Dahlberg Sr. for 67 years before his passing in 2017. She is survived by a sister Barbara Nixon, her six children Larry Jr. (Lori), John, Mark, David (Kim), Dawn (Craig), and Scott. 18 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren as well as a host of family and friends. She faithfully supported her husband a pastor to 2 different churches for over 32 years as well as her involvement in various other ministries. Betty also worked for over 20 years as a secretary for the United Memorial Gardens in Plymouth Michigan. She devoted her life to serving God at the age of 14 and never looked back. She was also devoted to raising her six children, as well as some of the neighborhood kids; she was a real representation of the 'Kool-Aid' mom in the neighborhood. You never left her house hungry she made sure of that, if you did it was your own fault. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the sparkle in her eyes! To know her was to love her! if you had the privilege to know her than you know nothing anyone could say would make her any greater to you than she already was! A private ceremony with family is planned and celebration of life service will be sometime in the near future.
