I have known of Nat Henderson Swann for over 20 years - as we have both worked on DNA testing of the Y Chromosome to try and define where his gateway ancestor, Edward Swann of Maryland, who arrived in Maryland by March 1653/4 had his origins in Britain.
I think we stand on the threshold of being able to answer that question - which has been my longest and most challenging family history problem I have ever worked on. I will now regret not being able to share that answer with him.
Very fondly remembered - and a track record that any doctor will be proud to have.
