Though not a neighbor, I have a great Aunt who lives in Micheal's neighborhood, and over the years I got to know Micheal when I'd pass by his home and see him playing out in his yard or riding his bike, along with his sister and many friends. Micheal was a handsome & friendly young man with intelligent eyes, a ready smile and an obvious sense of humor. No surprise to find out he was a gifted baseball player. My Aunt and I are greatly saddened by his passing. At 13 years of age, Micheal was proof that the life of a person is not measured by years, but by the footprints that they leave in other people's lives, thoughts and hearts. No doubt, Micheal leaves many, and he will be sorely missed.
Today and always, may loving memories of Micheal bring you peace, comfort, and strength.

“Cheerio” as only we affectionately called him, (as he was too polite to correct us, so we just stuck with it) had a heart of gold and was always eager to lend a helping hand. I always loved that he played outside so much, doing tricks on his bike, driving his lawn mower down the street, throwing in the yard, or coming home/going to practice..& always loved playing basketball in the street with Evan. We miss his smiling face & friendly wave as we pass by, our little chats about life, and the opportunity to watch him grow into the wonderful man he no doubt would become. We love you buddy, may you be wrapped in the arms of our savior. Rob, Sherry, Ashleigh, & Cadyn, May the lord bring you rest & comfort during this time - We love you - Rest In Heaven sweet Cheerio.

Micheal was a joy to our neighborhood. He has been my neighbor for 7 years. On any given day, I would see him playing on the basketball rim, riding his bike, or chilling with his crew. I will miss his smiling face greeting me after work with a peace sign.
To Micheal's family I am so sorry for your loss. May God comfort you all.
