Sharon will be missed by all who knew her and were blessed by her smile and laughter. Unfortunately, I may have been near when the glass of red wine was spilled. She never missed a chance to give to others and welcome them to her world. Sharon was always a joy to have on our journey of life. Rest in peace dear Sharon.

Buddy and I were so pleased with Sharon's obituary because whoever wrote it really got it right. She was fun to be with and we enjoyed all the time we got to spend with her. She was a great example of the quote, "Be generous with all God has given you." I remember the first time we visited her lot before she built her house and we were amazed at those views, but didn't realize how much more the finished house would be. She shared it with us and with so many others. She was also generous with her beautiful North Carolina house. Once when I was thinking about a new car i was driving somewhere with her and she stopped on the side of the road, gave me her keys and said here try my car. It was an expensive BMW and I was so scared to drive it. I could go on about her generosity but also wanted to mention how fun she was to talk to on the phone and to visit. We will miss her.

I was a caretaker of her the last night she spent in her home. My name is Brenda from Visiting Angels. She was very sick that night and I was able to get her a V8 juice from my car and help her get something on her stomach. She was having a bad gag reflex and was unable to swallow food. I had the most amazing experience with her. We admired the view from her bedroom which was amazing we discussed it in detail as to how she built her house just for the view. I feel so humbled to have met her and helped her in her last moments. I was scheduled to come back to her house the following Wednesday and was looking forward to hear more stories about her life. .She explained the pictures on the wall of her father and her beloved basset hounds. What a loss! I have been forever moved just by that 1 night with her. I could only imagine a lifetime spent with her. God bless the family left behind to mourn her. Be blessed because I was. What a great experience meeting her!

Several years ago, Sharon called and ask me to come by and discuss a possible commission. I remember it being a sunny morning and after I parked, up walks this large full-sized basset. She was in much need of a visit to the Dog Grooming Parlor and Spa. About that time Sharon came out the door and ask me in a very demanding Voice, “Why did you bring that dog into my yard?” I assured her the dog was here to greet me and I thought it was hers. So, from that day forward Zsa Zsa became a regular greeter. I don’t think Sharon ever apologized for accusing me of dropping off that new best friend.
She will be missed. Jim Collins

We are deeply saddened to hear of Sharon's passing. Sharon was a great supporter of artists, and was always a joy to be around and talk to. Gardening and dogs were priority topics! Sharon will be greatly missed by many. Sending our love, Anne Lemanski and Matthew Anders

After my mother who was Sharon’s sister passed, Sharon took on the role of best friend, confidant, and just fun person to talk to. I always knew she was in my corner- never failed to lift me up. Just a week ago we laughed together about where we could get our vitamin D from where the sun had not touched our skin. We decided that could only be our rear ends. We decided to just take it in pill form. Camille and I will miss her terribly. Love Laura
