Obituary of James Sylvester Green

James "Pee Wee" Sylvester Green, 71, of Soddy-Daisy, died January 5, 2020, at his home.
Mr. Green enjoyed fishing and hunting, and regularly frequented Southern Restaurant. He was retired from Sequoyah Transfer Station.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne Green, father, Cleat Green, mother, Martha Cameron and brother, Charles Green.
Survivors include his children, Jeanne (Rick) Vaughn, Chris (Erin) McNabb and Kimberly Borden; brothers, Tommy Green, and Bill (Willa) Green; sisters, Joyce (Larry) Gossett, and Wanda (Ziggy) Ziegler; grandchildren, Jennifer (Dillon Tarver) Vaughn, Ricky Vaughn, and Makala (Daniel) Yearwood; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 18, 2020, at Covenant Church, 9259 Hixson Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 P.M. until the funeral hour.
