Obituary of Evelyn Pickens Smith

Evelyn Pickens Smith, 87, of Dunlap, TN passed away Friday, November 29, 2019 in a local nursing facility.

 

She attended Union Fork Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, William Leroy, parents, Milas and Gertrude Pickens and brothers, Larry and Ralph Pickens.

 

Survivors include her sons, Randy (Joyce) Smith and Brian (Darlene) Smith, brother, Bruce Pickens, sister, Faye Cooper, grandchildren, Brent and Brad Smith, Batine Lowe and Samantha Smith and great-grandchildren, Tyler Lowe, Jordan Lowe and Brody and Sofi Gray.

 

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Legacy Funeral Home.

 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 1p.m. until 2 p.m. in the funeral home.

 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
