Obituary of Harold McLaughlin, Jr.

Harold R. McLaughlin,89, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at his home surrounded by his family.

Mr. McLaughlin was a graduate of UTC.  He was the owner of Southland Fabrics for sixty-seven years and later owner of Gifford Street Fabrics. He attended the First Presbyterian Church in Chattanooga.

He is survived by his wife, Gwen McLaughlin; two sons, Greg (Lynette) McLaughlin, Mark McLaughlin and his fiancé Becky Parker; two sisters, Janet (Gene) Kelly and Susan McLaughlin; grandchildren, Gavin Broderick of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Greyson McLaughlin, Nashville, Larkin McLaughlin, Nashville and Justin (Crissy) Furrow of Chattanooga. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 23, 2019, from 12:30-2:30 PM at Wann Funeral Home with graveside services at 2:30 PM at Forest Hills Cemetery with Rev. John Queen officiating.
