Van Hayes, 61, of Dunlap, TN passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 in a local healthcare facility.
He was retired from Walden Security and was of the Baptist faith.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Janette Hayes, step-sons, Greg Smith and Shawn and wife, Alyssa, Douglass, step-daughter, Stefanie Douglass,
5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Memorial Services are planned for a later date.
