Gennell Wooten Clayton

Gennell Wooten Clayton, 91, of Soddy-Daisy, TN passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019 in a local healthcare facility.

She was a member of Bible Way Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Clayton and son, Jimmy L. Clayton.

Survivors include her son, Jackie (Ervinette) Clayton, daughter-in-law, Deborah J. Clayton, grandchildren, Kristy Griffith, Ginger Clayton, Jeffery Clayton and Amy Clayton, great-grandchildren, Haley Gaston, Kristin Clayton and Jace Clayton, great-great-grandchildren, Addison Gaston, Olivia Gaston and Henry Gaston.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. (EST) in the Prentice Cooper Cemetery on Suck Creek Mountain with the Rev. Ed Griffith officiating.
