Obituary of Frances Jeanette Payne

 

Frances Jeanette Payne, 91,  was born August 4, 1927 in Chattanooga, TN and passed away Sunday, September 16, 2018.

 

Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford P. Ledbetter; her two daughters, Phyllis Dodson and Marlene Strickland; and son, Jerry Mac Ledbetter.

 

She is survived by her two sons, Clifford H. Ledbetter and wife, Louise of Soddy-Daisy, TN and Larry Allen Ledbetter, Sr. of Alabama, 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

          Our bodies then shall the dust return to the Earth as it was, and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
