Obituary of Johnny Andrew Hill

Johnny Andrew Hill, 74, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on May 27, 2018. He worked for Chattanooga Mattress for many years, then went to work for Gold Bond before going to work at Wal-Mart for 15 years.

Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Thelma Hill; brothers Ed Dodd, Gene Hill, and Ray Hill; sisters Bonny Gann and Alice Morgan; and sister-in-law Margaret Hill.

Left to cherish his memory are his brothers, James (Peggy) Hill, Marvin (Brenda) Hill, and Ronnie (Brenda) Hill; sister, Beverly (TA) Walker, sister-in-law Glenda Hill, brother-in-law, James Leon Morgan, several nieces and nephews and one great-nephew.

Pallbearers will be Chuck Hill, Faron Morgan, James Parrott, Wes Bowman, Brad Nelson, and Henry Clay, with honorary pall bearer, Thomas Walker.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Legacy funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jon Weaver officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 29, from 3:00PM to 9:00 PM and Wednesday from 10:00AM until the time of the service..
