Obituary of Casto Howard Smith

Casto Howard Smith, 87, of Soddy-Daisy passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018. Mr. Smith was of the Baptist faith, was a member of Laborer's Local #846 and a stone mason for over forty years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Smith; brothers, Jack and Curtis Smith, Russell, Homer, Howard, Wendell and James Lee Walker; sister, Naomi Walker; grandson, Travis Smith.

Survivors include his sons, Roger (Treva) Smith and Terry (Janice) Smith; daughters, Sheila Hodges, Brenda (Jim) Harrison and Mary (Tim) Smith; grandchildren, Megan, Daniel, Cory and Tyler Smith; great-grandson, Jett Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 19, 2018 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Randy Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Dodd Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
