Obituary of Barbara Camp Scharer

 

Barbara Camp Scharer, 84 years old, of Kingwood, Texas formerly of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Born August 9th, 1933 Passed away Saturday February 24^th, 2018 in Houston, Texas.

She is proceeded in death by her husband Charles Calvin Scharer of South Pittsburgh, TN., and her mother Gladys Camp. She is survived by her son Richard Camp Scharer, and his wife Linda Scharer of Kingwood, Texas.

She is survived by three grandchildren, Christina Scharer Dodson of Ranson, WV., Elizabeth Scharer Holder of Murfreesboro, TN, and Jonathan Scharer of San Diego, CA., and two grandchildren by marriage, Shannon Tribble Dees of Porter, Texas, James Tribble Jr. of Cordova, Tennessee, and five great grandchildren.

Family visitation will be at Wann Funeral Home 4000 Tennessee Ave Chattanooga, TN

Thursday March 1^st between 4:00 and 7:00 PM

A graveside service will be held at Forrest Hills Cemetery Friday March 2^nd at 10:30 A.M.

The family request that in lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association.
