Cindy and Family, My name is Dixie Fontenot, and I knew Charlie'O years back when he and my husband, Michael Jean, worked together for Brown & Root in Bay City, Texas. We enjoyed your hospitality once when we visited you both in Chattanooga. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. We lost touch through the years, but I was glad to know him and you. He had a great sense of humor and when he and Mike got together, the laughter rang out constantly. Prayers for you and your family.
