Obituary of Frances Williams Johnson

Frances Williams Johnson, a long time resident of Franklin, TN, died at age 91 in Soddy-Daisy, TN on Sunday, December 20, 2015 after a period of failing health. She was born August 26, 1924 to Jesse and Parrie Williams on the family farm in Bethesda, TN. Frances was predeceased by her parents, siblings: James Millard, Richard, Alta Mai, Thomas, Leonard, Harold and her beloved sister, Dorothy Beasley.
She is survived by daughters: Shelia (Walker) Cox of Quality, KY and Kay Johnson of Greenfield, MA, brother, Paul Williams of Bethesda, TN, grandchildren: Elizabeth (Kelly) Woodrum, Anna (Jarod) Jackson and Christopher Clark, and one great grand child, Madison Woodrum. In addition, she is survived by many nieces and nephews and her very special nieces: Mary Lewis, Libby Clarke and Lisa Littleton.
Burial will be private at the Williams Family Cemetery in the Bethesda Community. Frances has requested that there be no service. Her daughters suggest that you share a laugh and hugs with family and friends and treat yourself to some flowers in her memory.
