Timothy Brian Stewart, 33, of Hixson passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, Timothy Stewart.
Survivors include his mother, Marie Baker; sister and brother-in-law, Sherry and Michael Johnson; maternal grandparents, Roy and Linda Baker and Robert and Mary Shaw; paternal grandmother, Rachael Smith and nieces Josie and Christie Johnson, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A. M. Wednesday, November 4, 2015 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Hendon Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 - 8 P.M. Tuesday at Legacy Funeral Home.
