Obituary of Bill E. Bilbrey

Hubert "Bill" Eugene Bilbrey, 82, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Friday, October 30, 2015 in an area hospital. Bill served in the United States Air Force for twenty years. After retiring from the military, he was asked to continue his service by protecting our president. He graduated second in the Police Academy and was a certified Police Officer and Fireman. He retired from the City of Chattanooga after twenty one years of service, working as a security officer in the Chattanooga Airport. He was a loving husband and an all around great man. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Bilbrey; son, Aaron Eugene Bilbrey; brother, Floyd Bilbrey; granddaughter, Amanda Danielle Bilbrey and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services with military honors will be held at 1:30PM on Tuesday in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Pastor Bob Carroll officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
