Obituary of James Wayne Duncan

James Wayne Duncan, 59, of Jackson, GA and formerly of Chattanooga passed away on Monday, October 26, 2015 in a Decatur, GA hospital.
He was a United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his daughter, April Billings; son, Eric Duncan; brothers, Dennis and Larry Duncan; many grandchildren.
Graveside services and interment will be held ay 2:00 PM on Monday, November 2, 2015 in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Brother Marc Collins officiating. Military honors will be provided by the United States Navy. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM at the funeral home.
