I love you momma. Though we might not have always seen eye to eye I'll never forget the things you taught me growing up. There's nothing I can say that'll ever bring you back to me. But I know you're watching over me like you always did. I know I used to worry you to death because I've not always made the best choices with my life or I did something you didn't like. You taught me so much growing up, you taught me how to live, told me walk before you run. And you were always there to pick me up every time I'd fall. Thank you for being a wonderful mother and doing the best you could. I love you! See you again someday.

im so glad i got the chance to meet you before the lord called you home, im glad i could make you laugh and you thought that i was so silly . and im very thankful that you liked me ,, im very sorry for the family i know its very hard specially loosing your daughter or mother , but your in a better place now , your not in pain . and the family have a special guardian angel now , your up there with marvin .. tell him i love him. see you someday , rest in peace beautiful!

I miss you Katy everyday I know you are in a better place.I was always there for you we had alot of laughts together on our long rides we talked about alot. The only regret I have I wasnt there to save you. But God called you home for a reason that we all will never understand. I LOVE YOU! R.I.P.

I grew up with the Carden family. They lived on my street. As I think back to the memories of all the things we done as children. It brings smiles to my soul. Katy like me was the baby of the family. Both of us looked up to our older siblings. We thought when they were around we were completely safe and no harm could ever come to us. We thought because they did we could also. We were fearless so to speak. As I visited with her last Thursday we went back down memory lane and we had a wonderful time.We caught up on each others lives and the trials we have overcome. As we spoke about our wonderful children, she had a smile over her face. She lit up talking about them. As we talked about our brothers hanging out together once again she smiled. Although she had been having some health issues for a while she continued on with a smile. You will truly be missed but will never be forgotten. thank you for always being the same person no matter where we were at. Thanks for being a long time friend. Kathy Reed Leffew
