Daddy, I woke up happy this morning for the first time in a couple of years! If you'd been here last night someone would have been a bit more timid I believe, but that's okay too. You know how I am.
I love you Daddy. It's sad that not everyone has as good of a father as you.

I don't know where to begin. I know I will miss him very much. I remember him always being so funny. He always lit up a room when he was in it. I remember all the visits as kids it was always fun. He was good to everyone. I remember the one year I came home with him when he was staying here. He had me drive so he could sleep. He says just stay on here and don't get off. I'm like k and I was so nervous afraid we would get lost. lol. Would you believe he woke up just in time and says take this exit lol. It was a wonderful time. He will surely be missed. I would like to say There was no one better as a Papa that I know... Ed was the Best to Grayden McCoy and his kids and grandkids and Ed became more than father-n-law to me, He became my friend.. He helped me and Ken more than anyone I know. Just talking to me meant a lot...I miss his voice and his laughter..And let the Wheels on the Bus go Round and Round..I know you found Peace and can walk and sit in a normal chair and run if he wants to....Love ya Ed

Ed was one of a kind in the last few months I got to spend time with him and Johnie he always said thanks for helping with me. Then on days when he felt bad he would get frustrated easily but he was always sorry I knew he didn't feel good so I let it go. I loved him even when he said my sister Becky was his favorite and that was fine, he had me up in his van to move it even tho I was afraid to drive it. I have to say I'm glad he was my Uncle and I loved him he will be missed but his laughter and memories will live on in all of us.
