I saw Mr Leming's Obituary and think he may have been a distant cousin of mine. I am interested in knowing who his parents were, they were not named in the obit . If anyone can forward my email to Mr Leming's siblings I would like to talk to them. kari@john-liming-society.org
I am a volunteer for Welcome home. I only got the pleasure of meeting James one time but he amazed me. He stood up and slowly walked into the room where we were during our orientation and made it a point to shake everyone's hand and ask each of us our names. The effort he made just amazed me.
I am a volunteer at Welcome Home of Chattanooga. I recently had the honor of preparing a meal for James as well as fellow residents there. It will always be a sweet memory of how James walked into the kitchen after the meal, got up from his walker, and extended his arms out to me and said, "thank you for making dinner". James had a great sense of humor and an inner light that shone in his eyes. We will miss him, and are thankful we were able to know him. We will see him again in heaven. Teresa
