Frederick Mansfield Milligan, Jr., age 60 of Nashville, passed away peacefully at home on May 5, 2015. A native of Lookout Mountain, he is survived by his wife of 30 years, Clara McDonald Milligan; and his daughter, Clara. Also survived by his brother, Freeman Harris Milligan (Melissa) of Mount Pleasant, SC. He was predeceased by his parents Mr.and Mrs. Frederick Mansfield Milligan of Lookout Mountain, GA. He graduated from MTSU where he was a charter member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He worked as a sales professional for many years. He was an accomplished golfer and was frequently found at the Lookout Mountain Golf Club. Fred enjoyed life to the fullest and was a loyal friend to many. His family would especially like to thank everyone who helped during his travails. A graveside service will be held onTuesday, May 12 at Forest Hills Cemetery in Chattanooga at 12PM, with visitation prior from 10:30 to 11:30am at Wann Funeral Home, 4000 Tennessee Avenue, Chattanooga.
