Donnie Lee Shelby, 51, of Soddy Daisy, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2011. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gene Shelby. Donnie was a wonderful father that will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his brothers, Jerry (Darlene) and Charlie Shelby; sister, Mary (Jerry) Bookout; sons, Donnie and Mathew Shelby; best friend, Ray Goins and the daughter he never had, Brandy Goins. Donnie's children would like to express their deepest gratitude to Jerry Bookout, Charlie Shelby and Paul Bookout. Pastor Lisa Daughtery will officiate a service to celebrate Donnie's life at 6PM on Sunday, January 1, 2012 at F2W, 9966 Lovell Road, Soddy-Daisy 'It was a privilege to have you as my best friend!
