Paul Warner Elliott, Sr., 77, of Red Bank passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2013. He was a United States Army Veteran and a member of Laborers Local #846. Paul was born one of thirteen children on January 5, 1936 in Byron, NY. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret S. Elliott and daughter, JoAnn Bolden. He is survived by his sons, Jeffery Glen Elliott, Paul Warner Elliott, Jr. and daughter, Christine (Daniel) Balabuch, all of Chattanooga. Services will be private.
