Bonnie Viola Kirby, 81, of Hixson passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2012 in an area healthcare facility.
Mrs. Kirby retired from Roper Corporation after many years of service. She was a member of Calvary Independent Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Rebecca Pittman; daughter, Wendy Smith; son, Michael Smith; several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughter, Connie (Chris) Dent; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday in Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Rev. Don Kelley officiating.
Visitation will be private.
Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Soddy-Daisy.
