Obituary of Virginia Joe Gann

Virginia Joe Gann, 80, of Soddy Daisy passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at her home.
She was of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin J. Gann; children, Jimmie Stott and Richard Gann; grandson, Jeffery Laymon and great-granddaughters, Alisha Laymon and Aerrin Huckabee.
She is survived by her sons, Dwight Gann and Donald Gann; daughters, Shirley Elliott, Katherine Payne, Martha Gray and Linda Gann; brothers, Robert Smith and Jack Smith; sisters, Mary Routt, Gerenia Ferguson and Carrie Redden; ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3PM on Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4-9 on Wednesday and from Noon until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
