Betty C. Owens, 88, of Chattanooga passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012 in an area nursing facility. She is survived by her sons, George Lee Rohrscheib and Paul J. Mann; daughters, Mary Ann Mann and Betty Rohrscheib; step-daughter, Barbara Jean Disselkamp; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, P.O.
