Obituary of Michelle Vincent

Michelle King Vincent, 42, of Hixson, went to heaven to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 11, 2011 surrounded by her loving family and friends. Michelle was born in Charlotte, NC, Dec. 16, 1968. She attended Columbia High School in Columbia, SC and Midlands Technical College. She was a former employee of Colonial Life and Unum Corporation. Michelle was a member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church and founded the chapter of Sisters Serving Christ. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Donald Vincent, II; son, Bobby Donald Vincent III 'Trey'; daughter, Britten Elizabeth Vincent of Elkhart, IN; parents, James and Lavonda King of Chapin, SC; sister, Sherri (Scott) Graham of Columbia, SC; brothers, Billy King of Chapin, SC, Joey (Kelly) King of Myrtle Beach, SC; nephew, David Graham of Monroe, NC; nieces, McKenna and Macy King; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Dallas Bay Baptist Church with Dr. David McNabb and Rev. Sam Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2-7 P.M., Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request contributions to be made to the Michelle K Vincent Foundation of Sisters Serving Christ, 7532 Nelson Spur Rd, Hixson, TN 37343.
