Judith Ann 'Jan' Swanson, 56, of Chattanooga passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in an area hospital. Survivors include her husband, Jim Swanson; daughters, Andrea (Steven) Pope and Jennifer (Travis) Moody; brother, Craig (Kathy) Glaze; grandson, Jacob Proctor.
Memorial services will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, August 1, 2011 at The Pointe Church 8023 Hixson Pike Hixson, TN 37343 with Pastor Sherry Layne officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-6 PM on Monday at the church.
Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Soddy-Daisy, TN
