Clifford Strickley 71, of Soddy-Daisy passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2011 in an area hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Strickley; parents, Thomas Strickley and Richie Rogers and grandson, Justin. Survivors include his son, Tommy (Julie) Jones; daughters, Terri (Rick) Higgins, Cheryl (Jay) Jackson, Cindy Strickley and Michelle (Wayne) Woodrum; brother, Richard (Pam) Hale; thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate the life of Clifford will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Sunday, June 19, 2011 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. J.D. Gibson officiating.
