Obituary of Mona Ruth McKinney

Mona Ruth Spradling McKinney, 71, of Soddy-Daisy went to be with our Lord and Savior Monday, May 2, 2011. She passed away in an area hospital. She was a member of East Daisy Church of God. Mrs. McKinney was preceded in death by her parents, Truett and Maureen Spralding and daughter, Alisa Kay Doss. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth McKinney; children, Bart (Michelle) Doss, Kari Doss; step-children, Richard (Judy) McKinney, Arlen McKinney, K.J. (Kristi) McKinney, Candace McKinney; thirteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Friday in the funeral home chapel with Bishop Byron Henderson and Bro. Matt Henderson officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4-9 PM on Thursday at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
