Doyle Eugene Vines, Sr., 73, of Athens passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011 in an area healthcare facility.
He was a long time Dairy Farmer and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his loving companion of 28 years, Myrtle Oaks and siblings, Pauline Lovin, Paul Vines and Hoyt Vines.
Survivors include his children, Candaice (Brian) Grisham; Loretta Milam; Sarah Marshall and Doyle Vines, Jr.; step-children, Angie (Alan) Rominger, Beverly (Jimmy Joe) Greene, Maxine Handy and Jimmy Oaks; sisters, Brenda Williams and Betty Stanley and 21 grandchildren.
Services will be private for the immediate family.
