Obituary of Gene Howard

Arnold Eugene 'Gene' Howard, Jr., 32, of Hixson died on Thursday, April 21, 2011. Gene was raised in the North Georgia area. He was a valued employee of Pepsi Bottling Company. He was a loving father and husband who love spending time with friends and family. His mother, Deborah Gail Perkey Davis preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Casey; sons, Logan, Caleb, and Gauge; daughter Tatum; grandmother, Virginia Perkey; father, Arnold Eugene Howard, Sr.; sisters, Kim (Terry) Callahan, Deborah (Ron) Boyd, brother, Ernest Howard; mother and fathers-in-law, Marlin and Ginger Sweeton and Steve Fisher; sister-in-law, Elizabeth (Martin) Hammond; seven nieces; four nephews; one great-nephew and numerous cousins, friends and co-workers. The family will receive friends from 2-8 P.M. on Monday at the funeral home. Services will be private.
