Ruby W. Coker, 69, of Dayton passed away on Monday, January 10, 2011 at her home. She retired from DuPont after forty years of service and was a member of Hixson United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Everett Webb and Bess C. Webb; and sister, Joan W. Wheeler. Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Jane Turner of Hixson; sisters, Vivian (Freddie) Schmid of Soddy-Daisy, Ruth Brock of Seffner, FL, Alva Jones of Augusta, GA and Edith Webb of Morristown, TN; brother, John (Dana) Webb of Gainsville, GA; grandsons, Blake and Ryan Turner. Services will be at 12 noon on Saturday, January 15, 2011 in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to, Orange Grove Center, 615 Derby St. Chattanooga, TN 37404 Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
