Obituary of Irene Susan Mysinger

Irene Susan Mysinger, 83, of Hixson passed away Friday, December 17, 2010 in an area hospital surrounded by family and friends. Since the death of her husband, George Mysinger in 1992, Mrs. Mysinger had resided in Hixson at the home of her daughter and son-n-law, Bobby and Ruth Davis and her grandson, Chris Davis. Mandy Davis Estrada, and her husband Eric, were there to comfort and care for their grandmother during her long battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents, John (Docie) Cranmore. She was extremely devoted to her siblings and suffered the loss of her four brothers, Robert, Paul, Thurston and Wesley along with her sisters Grace Posey, Winnie Higgins, and Margaret Mahan. This past August she lost her precious sister Mary Nell Higgins, making her the last surviving member. The Cranmore Family circle is now complete. My Mother and Father were hard working people who led a simple life. By the standards of this world they were not rich by any means. However, because they trusted the Lord to meet all their needs, I know that today they are together and sharing in all of God's Riches and Glory. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Monday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Vernon Sneed officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12pm until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home.
