Obituary of Thomas Woodrow White

Thomas Woodrow White, 66, of Jasper and formerly of Soddy-Daisy passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at his home. He retired from Migwire after many years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Louise Burnette White; parents, Harrison and Virgie White; brother, Raymond White; mother and father-in-law, Vernon and Sally Burnette. Survivors include his daughters, Peggy (Michael) Willbanks and Penny (Robert) Hester; brother, Lester White; sister, Sue Browning; grandchildren, Amber Wilkey, Brittany Wilkey, Ashley and Dustin Wright; Kathalene Simpson, Chase, Shannon, Kira and Lane Willbanks and Brandy Hester and great grandsons, Donald Simpson and Ethan Wright. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday in the Legacy Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Charles Slatton officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Smith Cemetery. Arrangements are by locally owned and operated Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road, Soddy-Daisy, TN.
