Ethel Mae Fritts, 84, of Soddy-Daisy went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 13, 2010 in an area health care facility. Mrs. Fritts was a member of Green Pond Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son, Stanley Eugene Fritts. Survivors include her husband, James H. Fritts of Soddy-Daisy; son, Jerry (Pat) Fritts of Hixson; sisters, Mable Sells and Frankie King, both of Soddy-Daisy and grandson, Jason (Lauren) Fritts of Red Bank. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 15, 2010 at Green Pond Baptist Church with Dr. Clankston Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 14, 2010 from 1:00-5:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM at the funeral home.
