Reneé Joyce Owens, 58, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Sunday, February 28, 2010 in a local hospital. She was of the Baptist faith. Reneé's zest for life, love of family and her immense sense of humor will forever live on in each of the lifes she touched. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmar Owens; son, Teddy Kyle; parents, Joseph and Lavonne Maskevich and brothers, Richard, Anthony, Steve, Mark and Joey Maskevich. Survivors include her children, Amanda, Marie, Marc, Kay, Ricky, Demetri and Zane Owens; sister, Marilyn Vincent; grandchildren, Abigail, Hannah, Jewell, Mason, Brittany, Cody and Kayla and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 PM on Thursday in the Legacy Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday and from 1:00 PM until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
