Kenneth Wesley Howard, 78, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at his residence. Mr. Howard was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Martha G. Howard of Soddy-Daisy; daughters, Peggy 'Moe' Howard of Soddy-Daisy; sisters, Iva (Dee) Roark and Velma Hartline, both of Chattanooga and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, November 13, 2009 in Chattanooga National Cemetery. There will be no visitation. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the Amedysis Hospice Staff, Mina, Helen, Julie, Tim and C.C. and dear friends, Ken and Charlotte Roper. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Amedysis Hospice, 7161 Lee Hwy, Suite 400, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
