James Vernon Holcomb, 74, of Hixson passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at his residence.
Mr. Holcomb was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He enjoyed being outdoors, golfing and woodworking.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Holcomb; sons, Frank Holcomb and Scott Holcomb; daughter, Misty Holcomb; brother, Frank T. Holcomb; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family will have a gathering beginning at 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 23rd at their residence, 5225 Old Hixson Pike, Apt 209, Hixson, TN 37343.
