Obituary of Judith Carole Hartley

Judith Carole Hartley, 82, of Hixson, TN passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024 at her home. She was a insurance adjustor for 7 years before moving to Hixson in 1985. She was originally from Columbus, OH. Preceded in death by her son, Paul “Buddy” Hartley, II, her parents, Charles and Olga Beckwith and her little yorkie, “Dolly”. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Paul Hartley, Sr., son, Brandon (Debbie) Hartley, daughter, Paula (the late David) Garren, grandchildren, Erica Rutherford, Wesley (Amber) Hysell, Bekah, Alycia, Derrek and Ethan Hartley, Brittney Hartley, and Danielle (Dan) Berquist, great-grandchildren, Ryan, Audrey, Savannah, Arissa, Lydia, Finn and Rhett as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family and lifelong friends. Judy never met a child she didn’t love and she will be greatly missed forever by family and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Legacy Funeral Home with Bro. James Eggert officiating. Burial will be held privately. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the funeral home.
