Terrell "Terry" Franklin Ridge, 59, of Soddy-Daisy passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 10th, 2023. He was born on November 24, 1963 in Chattanooga, TN. He was a graduate of Tyner High School and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Terry was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman who loved camping and kayaking with his friends. He was also an exceptional darts player, with several trophies to his name. He worked in construction for many years, as he always loved working with his hands and he rarely met a stranger he couldn't later call his friend. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Barbara Ridge. Left to cherish his memories are his son Jesse (Lyndsie) Ridge, brother Alan (Beth) Ridge, and sisters Rhonda (Tony) Strickland and Teresa Case (Donna). Additionally, he leaves behind several nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Terry's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 19th in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends from noon until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
