Obituary of Jerry L Posey

Jerry Leon Posey Jerry L. Posey, 70, of Graysville, TN passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at his home. He was a graduate of Soddy-Daisy High School Class of 1973. He was retired from TVA and was Owner/Operator of Posey Backhoe Service. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Joyce and Roy Lee Posey and brother, Terry Posey. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Paulette Posey, son, Jeremy Posey, daughter, Chanda (Jason) Begley, grandchildren, Preston Begley, Potter Posey and Scarlett Posey, brother, Rodney Posey, several nephews and cousins. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of Rhea County. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
