Obituary of Donna Marie Hirt

Donna Hirt, 85, of Soddy-Daisy, TN formerly of Tigerton, WI, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, December 23, 2024 following a brief illness. She was born in Richland Center, WI to Glenn and Bernardine Perkins, who pre-deceased her. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Darlene Anderson, son, David Hirt, grandson, Darren Jahnke, granddaughter, Heather Hirt, son-in-law, Barry VanDelinder, daughter-in-law, Glennis Hirt, brother, Dennis Perkins, sisters, Luanne Hightower, Karen Olds and an infant brother. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Harry Hirt, daughters, Debra Smith (David), Elizabeth VanDelinder, grandchildren, Nathan Anderson (Brandy), Danielle Smith (Brian), Barry VanDelinder (Samantha), William VanDelinder (Benny) and Christine Watson (Shane), her loving sister, Kathie Greenwood (Dennis), fourteen great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and special brothers and sisters-in-law. Donna was of the Lutheran faith and loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose family meant everything to her.
