Courtney L. Luthringer, 31, of Soddy-Daisy, TN passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Morning Point Assisted Living and attended Christ Family Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Susie Phillips and David Luthringer, Sr.
Survivors include her fiancé', Chris Morgan, father, David Luthringer, mother, Kristy (Thomas) Posey, daughters, Alyssa Abbott, Aviana and Autumn Dodson, brother, Dustin (Crystal) Luthringer, sister, Casey (L. C. Denton) Stepp, grandparents, Patty and David Brooks, uncle, Kevin Brooks and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Legacy Funeral Home with Rev. Calvin Nunley officiating.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
Due to the rise in COVID infections, the family requests that everyone that attends wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
