James was the best. Everybody loved him. He was always there for me when I called him in the middle of the night. I did spend some time with him and Meda in our younger days. I have some good memories of those times.
james was so kind ,full of goodness and love. this whole family is amazing -set apart from all I know. I never saw anything but good and godly out of any of this family, of which he was head.
many years ago, my job was to sell vacuum cleaners. I was to practice my sales pitch on family and friends. I showed meda my pitch, and was ready to go home. she said, just wait till james comes home. I told meda they didn't really need one, that I just had to practice.(they didn't have any carpet !) She again said to wait till james came home. I waited. I couldn't talk them out of it. James bought that vacuum from (or for?) me! it was about $1000, thirty years ago. This family is precious to me. I have no doubt james is walking with his Lord tonight, .maybe even singing for him. I'm sure he's doing something benevolent up there.
Uncle James was one of the most precious men I have ever met. He is in heaven now with my mom, dad and little Bradley. He always considered us his daughters and I will never forget when dad passed, he said I will be your dad. But you cannot leave out Aunt Meda because she is as precious as him and we are her daughters. The love that this whole family has is more than the whole world. They will help anyone. Precious Debbie, Donna and Darlene. My heart hurts today but knowing he is not suffering any longer and God knows best, not us. He will be missed and the last words to me Wednesday night I love you with all my heart. I will keep this in my heart forever. Love you uncle James. Happy Anniversary to Aunt Meda today 68 yrs. What a Blessing and witness to all.
