Shawn received her Mortuary Science degree from John A. Gupton College in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been awarded the "Certified Preplanning Consultant" (CPC) designation. She is a member of the Daisy Woman's Club, Daisy Order of the Eastern Star #328, The National Funeral Directors Association, Selected Independent Funeral Homes and The Tennessee Independent Funeral Group. She is the owner of Legacy Funeral Home & Cremation Center and Wann Funeral & Cremation Center. She is a member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church.

Jamey Eggert is a native of Jasper, Tennessee and graduated from John A. Gupton College, Class of 2007. He is of the United Methodist faith and an ordained minister.  He currently serves as Manager for Legacy Funeral Home.  He has been a funeral director in Tennessee since 2000.  He enjoys antique cars and spending time with his father, siblings and his fur-children, Peanut and Buddy.

Frankie was born and raised in Soddy-Daisy. She married Larry Pope in 1975 and moved to St. Elmo. She retired from the insurance industry after more than 30 years of service.

She co-authored the St. Elmo Story from which the proceeds of that book started the painting and restoration of St. Elmo. Frankie feels honored to be able to serve the families of her home town and now the families of St. Elmo/Lookout Mountain.

She states, “I never thought working at a funeral home could bring you joy, but, when you can give someone with a broken heart any amount of comfort, it’s a blessing”.

She has been a part of the Wann/Legacy team since 2013.

Buddy is retired from Alstom Power after 44 years of service. He is very active in Sequoyah Baptist Tabernacle where he is a deacon, Sunday School Teacher and serves in many other positions as needed.

Buddy has been married to his wife, Judy for 50 years. He is the father of Mike and Andy, the grandfather of Kristin Priest, Ryn Marie King and Harrison Collier. He is the  great-grandfather of Sophia Stubblefield and Zoey Priest.

Buddy and his wife, Judy have been working at Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center since October 2010 and enjoy doing their part in helping families during this painful time in their life.

Bobby was born and raised in the Chattanooga area, and has been in the funeral industry for over 20 years. He serves as a Volunteer Chaplain for Highway 58 and Chattanooga City Fire Departments. He is also a member of the Tennessee Federation of Fire Chaplains. Bobby attends John A Gupton Mortuary College and will soon receive his license to be a Funeral Director. Bobby and his wife, Christy reside in Birchwood.

Vandra was born and raised in Benham, KY. She has lived in several states, and now lives in Tennessee with her sister. She has one son, Kristoffer and two granddaughters, Montana and Sierra. She retired from Waste Management after 23 years. She has been part of the Legacy team since November 2021.

Charles is a retired U. S. Marine after 30 years of service.  He has been married for 56 years to Wilma Caldwell Martin and they have 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  He has been a member of Dallas Bay Baptist Church for 32 years and has served in several capacities.  He has been associated with Legacy Funeral Home for over 8 years.
